The Real Messiah – A Jewish Response to Missionarie

This is a fascinating read & I’d recommend it to all Christians who want to understand why the Jewish leadership rejected Christ as God & Messiah. The author clearly doesn’t understand Biblical Christianity & makes numerous claims & errors about what is believed by Christians & the basis of those beliefs. To be fair this book was an eye opener as to why Judaism continues to reject Jesus as the Messiah, what that faith’s expectations of Messiah are & how radically different their definition of ‘messiah’ is. For Christians the book is a tremendous help in uncovering the mindset that would have been prevalent when Christ was incarnate & helps to enlarge & explain many of the dialogues between Jesus & his disciples & with the religious leadership of the day. Highly recommend, probably not what the author had in mind though
