BLASPHEMY LAW – Toheen e Risalat Ki Saza
Section 295-C of the Pakistan Penal Code is arguably one of the most contentious pieces of legislation in Pakistan today. It falls within the section on “offences relating to religion” and deals specifically with the crime of “blasphemy” against the figurehead of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him.
